LAKC is pleased to present a 1-hour E-Discovery CLE Luncheon on the Plaza.
Predictive Coding Technology –
The Benefits and Pitfalls of this Hotly Debated E-Discovery Review Tool
The first court in the country just gave its stamp of approval to an e-discovery review tool known as predictive coding. The court’s decision is the first of its kind to specifically recognize that computer-assisted review is an acceptable way to search for relevant electronic discovery in appropriate cases.
A May, 2012 article appearing in Law360 described predictive coding as “the white-hot topic right now in e-discovery.”
Come learn more about predictive coding technology – the benefits and the pitfalls, at this 1-hour CLE luncheon on the Plaza, moderated by LAKC Board Member, Todd McGuire, Stueve Siegel Hanson LLP.
