Molly Keppler is an experienced litigator, negotiator, and mediator. She has represented clients in both state and federal court, before administrative agencies and on appeal. She has successfully defended employers in single plaintiff and multi-party litigation in complex class and collective wage and hour litigation in Kansas, Missouri and Washington State. She has experience drafting successful dispositive motions and managing discovery and other aspects of pre- and post-trial litigation.
Molly also counsels clients on a full range of workplace issues. She regularly advises clients on hiring and firing, employee leaves, employment contracts and separation agreements, disability accommodations, and wage and hour compliance. She drafts employee handbooks, employment contracts, and severance agreements, conducts internal investigations and audits, and trains managers and employees on legal requirements with respect to federal employment statutes including Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA.
