Mark’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation involving a variety of technologies.
Mark received his law degree from Washington University Law School. During law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, where he published a paper on the America Invents Act. Mark also interned in the White Collar Crime division of the U.S. Attorney's Office and worked as a student clerk for The Hon. William Stiehl of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
Additionally, Mark received an M.B.A. from Washington University Olin Business School, where he focused on finance and venture capital investing. While in business school, Mark worked on a venture capital team to evaluate and invest in early stage companies, gained proficiency in asset valuation, and was awarded the Edward Jones Capital Markets Scholarship.
